Package Disclaimer

Each wireless product sold in a Digital Delight "Smart Package" requires a reliable wireless network. Some wireless networks are limited by their range, and some products sold in the package may not function reliability or correctly or at all. 
 
Some products may require a wired connection for power i.e. Nest Thermostat. 
 
Some products may require a hardlined connection to the home/business owners modem/router or network switch.
 
Digital Delight's "Smart Packages" do NOT include interconnect cables & devices i.e. Internet patch cables, HDMI's, speaker wire, network switches, etc. Interconnect cables & devices can be purchased at an additional cost.
 
All wireless products sold in a Digital Delight "Smart Package" require the PnP (plug-n-play) to be enabled on the routers firewall.
 
Some products sold in a Digital Delight "Smart Package" will require mounting and holes for securing the devices will need to be drilled.
 
Digital Delight installers will NOT install/mount any products sold over 12ft.   
 
Some devices will require batteries & recharging.
 
  
 

Product Warranty

Each item sold will be warrantied by it's manfucature.

DOA (dead on arrival ) products will be replaced by Digital Delight
 
 

Warranty of Work

Installation of items will come with a 1 year "Installation Warranty"
 
Service calls due to a manufactures defect, and NOT due to improper installation will have a service call fee of $150 for the first hour & $100 each additional hour.

Some devices sold may require an additional fee from the manufactures for full features. i.e. RING Video Doorbells & Stick Up Cameras have a $30/year or $3/mo. per Video Doorbell & Stickup camera subscription fee for cloud based storage. Kwikset's Kevo have a onetime $70 fee for remote access and integration with the RING services.

Changing of an ISP (internet Service Provider) or replacing devices provided by a current ISP could render installed devices to not function correctly or at all.
 
Service calls due to the changing of an ISP (internet Service Provider) or a replacement device from a current ISP will require a service call to
reconfigure installed devices at the rate of $150 for the first hour & $100 each additional hour. 

RETURN POLICY

Clients will be eligible to return any products within 30 days of receiving that have not been installed and are unopened.
 
Installed products will not be eligible for returns
